Pastor Jerry's Birthday
Pastor Jerry had another birthday January 16.
His daughter, Karen Jacobs, made arrangements at a restaurant for a party for him instead of at the church.
Pictures of the event are below. We hope you enjoy them.
It's not too late to wish Pastor Jerry a Happy Birthday if you care to.
You can leave a note in the Guest Book or email.

Sister Lorinda's Birthday
Since Lorinda's February 2 birthday fell on a Saturday, her family had a
celebration in their "cottage" with family friends.
Happy Birthday, Sister Lorinda!

Married 62 Years!
Myrel and Deanna Baker were honored Sunday, February 10, as the couple who have been married the longest in our congregation. They have been married 62 years!
Sister Lorinda presented them with gifts and congratulated them as Valentine's Day approached.
The church congratulated them and wished them blessings and many more celebrations of their union.
The church appreciates this dedicated couple who are such a blessing to our church. Brother Baker is our "jack-of-all-trades" fellow and the "go-to person" when you need a hand in any department.
God bless you both in a special way!

Opal Lee Rainey
Loving mother of Joseph Rainey, Anthony (Tessie) Rainey, Cindy White and the late Timothy Rainey.
Dearest grandmother of Joseph, Steven, Jessica, Maya and Adam. Also survived 5 great grandchildren.
Also preceded in death by grandson Andrew Miron.
"Lee" (as we all knew her), beloved sister of our church family, passed away July 1, 2019.
Her funeral was conducted by Pastor Jerry at Faith Tabernacle on July 6.
The funeral was beautiful !
Her son, John and wife, Tessie, did a wonderful family tribute,
recalling events in Lee's life which brought both smiles and tears.
Lee will be sorely missed; she was loved by her church family.
We will see her again at the "Glad Reunion Day" when we all gather
with her and all the other friends and loved ones around our Savior
and rejoice, never to have sad partings again!

Wednesday Night Youth Activity
Fall Festival
Fall Festival was a great success. The kids had a lesson and then were released in the fellowship hall for a night of fun and treats. These pictures are a sampling of the activities. The evening began with free hotdogs, drinks, and desserts. Then they gathered for a lesson, sitting in a circle around Sister Lorinda. Afterward they were on their own to play games and buy treats and treasures with the tickets they received in the bag they were given to keep their collection to take home.
Below pictures include Pastor Jerry and Sister Lorinda in the kitchen, group of workers sitting around a table and workers behind the counter. Games stations were along the walls, some are shown including the "fish pond" with a blue background. Kids threw their "hook" over the "pond" in front.
Soon it will be time for --
Have a blessed Holiday
Food and Fellowship
We had our monthly "Food and Fellowship" after morning warship service November 3.
We had plenty of food and wonderful fellowship, and leftovers were shared to take home afterward.
